When you think about it MSG behind the world’s Obesity Epidemic makes total sense. If the presence of MSG was removed from Junk Food and other processed foods etc, would we eat it as much? This silent killer / flavor enhancer could well be the whole reason why people are eating to much of the wrong food. Why was MSD created in the first place?
